Annapolis -- You need Java for this picture (a strike against it there), and really, it's not all that nice. The picture of boats, the bay and shoreline shops is matted, the colors off and it's fuzzy. It does automatically update, but it's also too far away for details. As a result, there is little or no action. Disappointing. +

Bethesda -- This camera shot shows an intersection with some buildings in the background and the sky above. Must be a "traffic cam."

Baltimore -- This shot looks outside a Krieger Hall room into a courtyard on the campus of Johns Hopkins University. +.
