Tempe -- An extremely sharp camera atop a downtown intersection. It's controlled by viewers, so it's uncertain what you'll see when you get there, but I haven't come across a sharper camera witch is always a plus. You can read the street signs. Sometimes you see a Starbucks, sometimes you're looking right down onto a brick sidewalk, which can provide a disconcerting feeling. All in all very nice, purportedly updated every minute, so it's worth Tucson -- Here is a camera that has a home that knows how to take care of it. The University of Arizona Computer Science Department points that camera out its window, providing us a glimpse of brick buildings with clay-tile roofs, the usually rich blue sky with the Catalina Mountains in the background. Very nice. Includes a temperature reading. Proportion is OK, but edges seem a bit dark. Our first Arizona camera deserves Tucson -- This cam delivers a nice view of the capitol building and a main square in downtown Tucson. Great, colorful, image! Looks as though it only takes hourly captures though and then rotates among those. Would be a higher rating if it refreshed more... +
