Bozeman -- I just had to include this one for the humor factor, if nothing else. Upon loading the page for this Montana Web cam, I saw what else but -- a big sky. The sky cam in "big sky country" was showing just that, blue sky. Nothing else. Maybe that was a fluke, but in any case, if you click on the image you do actually get a nice streaming image of this quaint place in Montana. Nice camera, the contrast between city life and the breadth of the land is intriguing and the view is constantly changing. Bozeman -- Here's a shot of downtown Bozeman that includes enough of the big sky to make it seem not-so-urban. It's a nice shot, though not streaming like the first one. Below this image is another cam of the Bozeman Chronicle's press room -- not very exciting. In all, though, it deserves + (lb) Glacier National Park -- You get two-for-one here! The two cams come from Glacier National Park -- one is of West Glacier, Mont., the other of Apgar, Mont. The first cam offers a mediocre view of a mountain with trees in the foreground and updates every five minutes, while the second cam gives a nice view of Lake McDonald, looking northeast from Apgar Village just inside the southern boundry of the Park and updates every 15 minutes. It's difficult to rate these together, but overall I'd say the site is worth is a look, especially for nature lovers! + Kalispell -- Here is a privately-operated (we *love* those) netcam from "Dave" in the Big Sky Country in Montana. This one sits on his deck and looks out toward a mountain. I guess the sun used to glare into the camera and Dave had his boat in the picture. But, those obstructions are a thing of the past. The improved image is captured through a new sony digital camera and Dave long ago took his boat out of the pic. Thanks for bringing Montana to us, Dave! Whitefish -- Here you get four promotional cameras showing the inside and outside of a brewhouse in this Montana town on the Canadian border. All update every 5 minutes and give you the option of clicking for an enlarged version. The best image is the "brewery exterior" which gives a view of, of course, the brewery building, a street corner and a mountain (or hill) in the background. Worth
