Mystery Cam: I'm A Bad Man

Well, hello again. I'm back, and you can't stop me. You can't keep me down! You know why? Because I tell the truth, that's why. I hold a mirror up to America -- if you don't like the view, tough. I'm bold, uncompromising, no-holds-barred -- I take no prisoners. I'm so irreverent -- I don't revere much of anything. Except the truth, which I tell. All the time. Really.
Of course, if you wanted to, you could at least try to stop me. Really, I'm a dangerous man! C'mon! Somebody, please object! Just one picketing, just one sensationalistic news report, please! Won't someone please think of the children?
Sigh. Maybe I'm not a cultural revolutionary. Maybe I'm just a guy who writes Mystery Cam columns. I guess it could be worse.
So here's today's mystery picture. According to Laura, you all have been complaining that they're too easy lately. Heh heh heh. So if you can figure out from whence this picture was taken, e-mail me. Last Week
Last week Laura did another bang-up job with the Mystery Cam thing. All the more commendable since she was in tears most of the week after being left at the altar by NASCAR superstar Wally Dallenbach. Well, to be fair, it wasn't so much an "altar" as a "stack of boxes at her apartment," and it's wasn't so much "Wally Dallenbach" as "her puppy Rex dressed up in a NASCAR jumper," but it was a tragic occasion nonetheless. I was the best man, and I knew the whole thing was doomed when the groom was caught in a compromising position with my leg.
Through it all, she managed to give you a lover-ly picture from Anchorage, Alaska. Most people got the clue that alluded to the film "Mystery, Alaska," prompting many people to guess that the location was "Mystery." Silly people. There's no such place!
The clues also involved the fact that it's really dark and cold there and that there are WAY more men than women in the state. Winners included Ron Ritchens, Jerry Cote and Lois Baseler.
This Week
This week's picture is from the place of my birth -- yahoo! Serious, it is. It's a place where they surf and drink beer, and then when they get home in the evening, they drink beer and surf. And when I was there, they loved "The Wombles." Anyone know "The Wombles"?
